Marc Lanning, of Born To Boogie, will be your DJ from the first time we meet until the last song of the night. Personal consultations are highly recommended to ensure that your reception will be unforgettable.

Ceremony Music and
PA System

Most wedding ceremonies need to be amplified in some fashion so your guest can hear the minister, singers, musicians, readers and the vows that you are exchanging.

A full PA system is available. This will include wireless lapel microphones, wired microphones, extra sound connections for music instruments, and microphones for the singers. You can also use pre-recorded ceremony music that is selected during one of our consultations.

Working in conjunction with the bride and groom is the secret to a successful wedding. Marc Lanning will help you by consulting every detail of the reception well in advance of your event. This will be formalities such as the following:

1. Grand Entrance
2. Cake Cutting
3. Toast
4. First Dance
5. Father / Daughter Dance
6. Mother / Son Dance
7. Bouquet & Garter Toss
8. Money Dance
9. Last Dance
10. Other formalities...

As your Master of Ceremony, Marc will insure that your event will run smoothly. You will be presented with elegance, sophistication, great music, enthusiasm, and fun!

Wedding receptions have the largest age range and music preferences than any other event. Everyone from grandparents to youngsters will want to hear their favorite songs. Born To Boogie’s music collection spans every generation and musical genre.
Marc loves requests and more than happy to play them. If there are any questionable songs being requested, they will be either dismissed or you will be asked for permission to play the song. At your approval, complimentary request cards will be distributed on all the tables for everyone to fill out their favorite tunes.

Computerized Music Library
Being computerized gives Marc the ability to have instant access to music files at the touch of a button. This is a great feature when guest are making their request

Custom Recordings
Born To Boogie offers a variety of custom recording options. A custom recording is when a bride and groom will record their special messages to each other separately. These special messages will be edited down into a unique recording within a song. Usually the recording will be played during the first dance. This is a fantastic way to capture a moment in time with your spouse.

You may also create these same moments during the father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, and to other special people in your life. Mothers and Fathers may also get involved and record messages to their newly married children. Sometimes it will be possible to get a recording from a grandmother or relative who cannot make it to the reception. These are called special surprise moments from far away. Let your imagination begin using custom recordings.
